Technical features

EX9800A aerosol photometer is a set of special detection equipment designed according to Mie scattering theory for detecting whether there is leakage from HEPA filters. The instrument conforms to the relevant national and industry standards, and can quickly achieve the detection of upstream and downstream aerosol concentrations of HEPA filters. It can also display the leakage rate of HEPA filters in real time on the handheld sampling equipment and the host computer simultaneously, and quickly and accurately determine the location of HEPA filter leakage points. It is suitable for leak detection in cleanrooms, laminar flow benches, biosafety cabinets, glove boxes, HEPA vacuums, HVAC systems, HEPA filters, negative pressure filtration devices, operating rooms, nuclear filtration systems, pool protection filters, etc.
