EX9700 type airflow form tester uses ultrasonic atomizer to produce about 10μm of highly-visible and pollution-free water mist, which is used to photograph and record the airflow form in clean plant and local clean environment. According to ISO1 4644-3 and GMP, the air flow direction should be evaluated for acceptance of clean workshop. It can be applied to semiconductor and pharmaceutical clean workshops.
