▉ Product features
PuriCel I separator box filter is widely used in the high-efficiency filtration section of venti-lation systems for various industrial, commercial and civil buildings for its extended filter surface of high air volume, compact structure, light weight and undergoing UL900 certifica-tion.
High air volume PuriCel I filters are suitable for higher air volume applications than their standard air volume counterparts, offering flexibility and cost savings.
Higher face velocity (up to 2.5 m/s with little increase in initial pressure loss)
Compared with standard air volume filters, PuriCel I has lower resistance, less energy consumption and longer service life with the same air volume.

Leak test - To ensure that there are no leaks on the filter, it must be scanned and tested. Filters that have passed the general leak test may still have some leaks, which can be found by scan test and repaired before leaving the factory. A multi-functional ethanol aerosol that does not remain on the filter material is used for testing.
Wedge-shaped pleated layer design to prevent damage to the filter media
PuriCel I separator box HEPA filter folds the filter media on both sides and forms two indentations at the bends, which can make the filter media form wedge-shaped box pleated layers at the end of the separator, thus preventing the filter media from breaking and prolonging the service life of the filter. The corrugated aluminum separators precisely maintain the distance between pleated layers, and the edges of the separators roll over to prevent damage to the filter media, maximizing the use of the filter media with minimal resistance.
Ultra-fine fiberglass high-density filter paper, featuring water resistance and flame retardancy
Selected high-quality ultra-fine fiberglass filter media is used, with high density. The filter media is waterproof and flame retardant.
100% leak-free
The polyurethane adhesive completely seals the filter media within the frame and penetrates between the filter media to prevent voids and completely seal the channels where side leaks may occur, such as the edges of the filter media and the separator.

Professional recommendations
The cleanliness of the filtered air is mainly determined by the filter at the end of the filtration system. Installing qualified and high-quality primary/medium-efficiency filters before the high-efficiency filters at the end can extend the service life of the high-efficiency filters and achieve the purpose of reducing the frequency of replacement and operating costs.
