PuriFan AC FFU is a fan filter unit suitable for use in turbulence and laminar flow cleanrooms. It is highly flexible and can be installed in various ceiling frameworks and systems. Due to its unique design, low noise, reduced energy consumption, high efficiency, and little chemical gas dispersion of all components, the unit meets the usage requirement of some special fields.
Control system
PuriFan AC FFU can be equipped with a five-gear speed controller, or the latest AIX-I computer-based intelligent controller to achieve flexible control. Optional accessories
The optional accessories include air-inlet primary-efficiency filter, air-outlet diffuser, differential pressure gauge, online pressure monitor, online particle monitor, DOP test hole, air-inlet tube, indicator, anemometer and online temperature and humidity monitor.
Special structural design
The professionally designed cabinet housing features a stable structure and high strength, which helps to avoid leakage and eliminate resonance when a number of FFUs are running simultaneously. The cabinet is made of stainless steel, which is compati-ble with disinfectant and ideal for disinfection equipment. Al-Zn coated steel plate or aluminum cabinet can also be used. Additional primary-efficiency filters can be equipped.
Higher total static pressure at maximum air volume
The use of the lower resistance puriCel II HEPA filter in combination with the high total static pressure of the fan can raise the external static pressure by 50-1 50pa.

●The new controller adopts the same communication protocol as the DC fan, and is compatible with the control system of DC fan.
●The new controller adopts the same communication protocol as the DC fan, and is compatible with the control system of DC fan.
●The controller adopts a physical transformer for speed regulation, instead of the SCR voltage regulation method.
●The total distortion rate of current harmonics is around 8% when the controller works, which is close to that of DC fans. However, the traditional controller using the SCR voltage regulation method produces a lot of current harmonics when working, resulting in general 30%-60% THD. In case of
large-scale use, it will cause great harm to the user's power grid.
●The new controller eliminates harmonic problem and will not cause harm to the grid when used in large scale.
●The controller is suitable for all AC fans with power not exceeding 200W.
●It can be applied in new FFUs, or retrofit projects.
●The communication method of the controller is the same as that of DC fan, and the controllers are connected via network cable.
●The transformer responsible for voltage regulation is made of silicon steel sheet with high-magnetic density and multi-turn ratio, to ensure that the transformer works with no noise and ultra-low temperature rise.
The FFU with the new controller installed can then lay a communication network according to the DC FFU network architecture.
The AC FFU adopts the same control system as that of the DC FFU to realize the real AC-DC mutual compatibility
