PuriFan EC FFU has been widely used in semiconductor, electronics, food, panel display, biopharmaceutical and other fields with extremely strict air contaminant requirements. It is installed in turbulence and laminar flow cleanroom, to meet the requirements of Class 100, 10 and 1 classrooms.
Control system
The self-developed AIX-I control system is used to achieve large-scale networked centralized control, while also allowing accurate data reading and single FFU control. The system retains the original multi-layer hierarchical management, alarm prompting, schedule management and other functions, and focuses on adding more humanized control modules such as intelligent partition management, intelligent display control and intelligent reading to improve usage and maintenance work.
Total high static pressure
The use of high-pressure integrated fan allows the FFU to provide 50~150Pa external static pressure under rated airflow, which can be increased by using a low-resistance PTFE filter. Additional primary-efficiency filters can be equipped.
Extremely low chemical gas dispersion
To meet the special industrial needs, all component materials are made of low chemical gas dispersal materials and are rigorously tested. PTFE filters with even lower chemical gas dispersion are also available.
Easy installation
The overall design is flexible and can be fitted with any kind of ceiling framework without clamping device according to design specifications. The unit can also be used with gel seal ceiling framework when the filter has a knife-edge frame.
Multi-function optional accessories
The optional accessories include air-inlet primary-efficiency filter, air-outlet diffuser, differential pressure gauge, online pressure monitor, online particle monitor, DOP test hole, air-inlet tube, indicator, anemometer, online temperature and humidity monitor, remote control, European standard connector, etc.
Low energy consumption
The brushless DC motor is more energy-saving than AC motor. Compared with the conventional AC FFU equipped with glass fiber filter, EC FFU can reduce energy consumption by 30% ~ 40%.
Unique structure design
The unique air duct structure design can improve the air outlet uniformity by 5-8%, increase efficiency by about 5%, reduce noise by about 5DBA, and reduce vibration by about 20%, reaching an overall efficiency of up to 58-60% and stronger overall structural cabinet strength.

Manual control
TKSAGE's EC FFU has powerful functions. It can realize the start, stop and speed setting of single FFU and group FFU as well as the FFU fault detection, and it can also realize the control of gateway.
With a full-Chinese menu, the device is easy to operate. It is also equipped with high-performance lithium battery, so it can work continuously for 20 hours and can be charged via USB.
Tablet group control
1. The DC tablet group control system is suitable for multi-room separate control or small clean workshop field control.
2. The control system consists of the tablet, signal collector, signal amplifier (no amplifier for less than 31 FFUs), and FFU, with the response time of less than 1s.
3. Each amplifier can connect up to 31 FFUs, and the system can connect up to 255 amplifiers to control maximum 7905 FFUs.
Intelligent control system AIX-1
AIX-I is a hierarchical control system that resides on a public infrastructure network based on open system standards, allowing seamless integration and interoperability. It is a control system specially developed for the remote centralized control of super large FFUs in large clean workshops,
with comprehensive access control and many other functions, it is suitable for large and medium-sized enterprises.
The PuriFan EC FFUs/EFUs realize link control of the remote control terminal (PC) through the Super Gateway.
Each Super Gateway can control 8 groups of FFU/EFU, totaling 248 units, and one PC can link 254 Super Gateways through the switch to control
a maximum of 62992 FFUs/EFUs. The server can receive data from all the Super Gateways every 8s, and the response speed of the whole control
system is tens of times faster than other ordinary control systems.
●1. Compatibility: The traditional control systems must run on Windows XP SP2 or Window 7 flagship version, while AIX-I can run on all versions of Windows, even future versions.
2. Stability: AIX-I uses a new server management program, which is compatible with the original database and simplifies the connection between the control software and the server, thus improving the stability.
3. Fluency: By adopting the CAD kernel design based on C language, the software volume is greatly reduced, so that the operation interface can scale and pan freely like AutoCAD, without distortion. This design completely changes the jittered graphics refresh and clumsy scaling of traditional control systems. Besides, the system is multiple FFU options, including alignment and translation.

●Every 31 FFUs are connected to the Super Gateway as a group, and each Super Gateway can connect 8 groups, totaling 248 FFUs. Each Super Gateway is connected to a switch, which can connect to up to 254 Super Gateways.
●8 ports can be scanned simultaneously, so the scan period of this system is 8s.
●Many functions are added, such as FFU constant air speed automatic adjustment, and FFU work site streaming video surveillance.
