At the same time, sterile isolators from traditional pharmaceuticals have penetrated  into the cell therapy field, and isolators dedicated to the production of cell drugs have appeared, becoming the new  favorite of cell therapy.

The so-called cell therapy isolator is a fully enclosed area for the production of cell therapy drugs, including reagent  preparation, cell pretreatment operations, cell culture centrifugation, cell microscopy, and environmental monitor-ing.

▅ TKSAGE cell therapy isolator

The TKSAGE cell therapy isolation workstation is also composed of a pass box and an operation chamber. The pass  box is equivalent to a small isolator that achieves Class A cleanliness within two minutes of power-up, with a dust  particle counter and airborne microbe collector continuously monitoring environmental cleanliness. After reaching  class A cleanliness, the pass box door opens and the samples and reagents are transferred to the operation chamber via motorized trays, where the whole process of cell production is completed with the built-in CO2 incubator,  microscope, centrifuge, cell counter and other instruments. The whole process is monitored and managed through  SCADA system to ensure traceability.
